Clark Nuber Scholarship

The Clark Nuber scholarship program is now accepting applications for non- renewable tuition scholarships. These scholarships will be awarded to accounting students entering at least their junior year by Fall 2012 at any four-year accredited institution in Washington State.

Meet the Corporations (MTC)

This year's annual Meet the Corporations (MTC) event will be held on February 7th from 6pm to 9pm at the UW Club. The event costs $10, and signups have already begun! You may sign up either before meetings or at any BAP tabling.
MTC is a 4-course Rotational Networking dinner involving several of the area's corporations and non-profits. Students will move table to table throughout the night, networking with new companies during each separate course. There will be a professional studio ratio of at least 1:1.

Dress code is Business Professional!

Come have a good meal and network while you are at it!!

Winter Info Session

Winter quarter is approaching us which means another chance to become a Beta Alpha Psi Member! For any possible winter candidates, we will be holding a Winter Info Session Tuesday January 9th from 4:30-5:30 in Thomson 134. This is a great opportunity to get any questions or concerns addressed about BAP. We look forward to seeing you there!

Mentor Program

The new year is just around the corner, which means it's almost time to kick off the Mentor Program for 2012! This is a great opportunity for all Beta Alpha Psi members and candidates to connect one-on-one with a working professional in the area.

3. Make a $10 payment for the breakfast, to be collected in January.

KPMG International Case Competition

KPMG International Case Competition:  For the 2nd year in a row, UW has been chosen to participate in the KPMG International Case Competition.  Only 20 schools in the US are chosen to participate and it is a great opportunity to network with professionals, build your resume and potentially travel to Hong Kong!  KPMG will be holding an information session on October 27th at 12:30PM in Paccar 391 for anyone interested.  The actual competition will be held on November 18th.  To learn more, students can go here:  www.kpmgcampus.com/KICC

Attention members! We are currently looking for members who want to be project leaders for our Best Practices competition. Best Practices are activities in which students develop and execute programs that exemplify values shared by BAP and Deloitte.This competition includes submitting an abstract on a specific topic and presenting at the BAP Regional (and potentially the National) Meeting. This is a great opportunity to get more involved, meet new peers and professionals, and this experience looks great on a resume!
